Let me just start by giving a shout out to Columbus! I love him! I didn't go to bed till 2:00 last night because I was reading a new book and didn't get out of bed till 9:45 this morning!!! It is wonderful! After this I'm going to drink coffee on the back porch. Thank you Columbus!!!
Glad y'all had fun at homecoming! It would have been so fun to see you all. I've seen fb pictures of the kids - adorable! Tech did not win Saturday, but we played better than we have all season. The game was a lot of fun! Somehow I ended up with a ticket to the suite, so I enjoyed the game in style. Watching the Red Raiders, eating prime rib. Doesn't get much better than that!
S - I am writing to you, little children, because your sins are forgiven you for HIs name's sake.
O - I am always baffled at the fact that we do nothing. It is all about Him. He is the one who cleanses me and takes away my sins. It is because of His grace that I am washed white as snow.
A - I am reminded again of the need for confession. To say what I am sorry for, confess my shortcomings, and turn to the light.
P - Lord I pray this week that I take seriously my time of confession. That I say out loud to you what I have done, thought, said, etc. that is not pleasing to You. Thank You for forgiving my sins.
