Ephesians 2:11-12

Happy Monday Morning!  Hope everyone had a fun weekend!

S - Don't forget that you Gentiles used to be outsiders.  You were called uncircumcised heathens by the Jews who were proud of their circumcision even though it affected only their bodies and not their hearts.  In those days you were living apart from Christ.  You were excluded from citizenship among the people of Israel, and you did not know the covenant promises that God had made to them.  You lived in this world without God and without hope.

O - It's my heart that matters and not the outward appearance of "good".  God didn't have to include me a gentile in his plan of forgiveness but instead he extends hope!

A - My heart check needs to happen all day long.  I don't make it very far past my morning before the sin starts to creep out and in!  I've got to intentionally extend the hope that God gives me to others around me.

P - Lord I'm grateful for the hope you give me in Christ.  Help me to keep my heart clean before oyu so that others can see and want your hope today!
