S - 13:14 But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh in regard to its lusts.
O - I lust after so many things: thinner waist, smaller thighs, more money, new windows, up to date decor, new kitchen, vacations, more free time - the list could go on and on. When it comes down to it in black and white all of this is selfish and there's not one thought of loving my neighbor in all this, it's all about me.
A - Really and truly putting on Christ every second of my day would resolve all this selfishness and I wouldn't be providing for and enticing my flesh.
P - God please help me to put off everything that's not you, help me to not give my flesh authority and priority but only you.
