1. One important lesson I learned is that there is either darkness or light. There is no inbetween mentioned in 1 John. I am either following Satan's schemes or on the path of the Lord. There is no way to satisfy both at the same time.
2. I feel God wants me to learn that the Lord's path is simple and grounded in love. Simple and love are two words that have stuck out to me this week. Turn on the lights and get back to knowing where I'm stepping. Stop messing with the hidden, confusing things. Bring them into the light.
3. I am going to put my faith in action by getting back to the basics. Daily studying His Word and memorizing scripture. Both help to stay in the light. Life runs a lot smoother when my daily routine includes setting aside to time to be with Him. I am also still praying for open doors to talk about spiritual things with my Weight Watcher members.
