S - If we say that we have not sinned we make him a liar and His word is not in us.

O - I need to find out the background on why John wrote this book because it's sounding like their were some Christians that were confused about sin and who God was in us.  This verse kind of sounds like their were some Christians who may have become arrogant and felt like their sin wasn't a big deal.

A - Just like I said yesterday sometimes it's easy for me to feel like my sin isn't that bad or even be arrogant enough to say there's not any sin in me right now but that is SOO far from the truth.  God is not a liar and I need to portray that to others by being honest about what sins I'm dealing with and how we are all sinners and in need of His forgiveness.

P - Lord please keep my eyes open to the sin that's continual in my life.  Help me to be honest with others about it so that I might help someone else who is dealing with the same issues so that I can show you as TRUTH and reliable.
