Amber- Ephesians 1-2

S- Ephesians 1:3 "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and blameless before Him."

2:1 "And you were dead in your trespasses and sins"
2:4 "But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in our transgressions made us alive together with Christ."

O- You can not help but be encouraged when you read the letter to the Ephesians. Paul reminds us in v. 3 that Christ has blessed us with every spiritual blessing, such as predestination, redemption, forgiveness, and the list could go on and on. Paul is reminding them and us today of where we once were to what Christ has done and where we are now.

A- What victory I could walk in if I remembered my status with Christ. He has given me every spiritual blessing (I should be way more excited about those than my earthly blessings). I was dead, but He has made me alive together with Christ. That is truly amazing, but how my amazement gets lost in all the mundane things of life.

P- Lord, may I truly walk in victory because of YOU! You have blessed me with EVERY spiritual blessing. I'm not sure I even know what all those are, but I know I want to claim them. Thank you for taking me from being dead to alive with Christ. Help me to remember this every minute of the day.
