S- You are generous becasue of your faith. And I am praying that you will really put your generosity to work, for in so doing you will come to an understanding of all the good things we can do through Christ. I myself have gained much joy and comfort from your love, my brother, because your kindness has so often refreshed the hearts of God's people.
O- Philemon was a faithful person. He did give but not as much as he could. He also could hold grudges therefore holding him back from giving. Paul was writing to him out if love and playing into his emotions. Paul knew what opens could be open if Philemon would open his heart, forgive and give more.
A- I need to be more open. I need to give and more from my heart than because its what I should be doing. There's more I could give, show, and say that many times I don't based on the past. Its very easy for me to help and forgive the first time but if it happens again I hesiate. I need to trust God in every detail.
P- I pray that my heart will be soften to do God's work.
