Jen James 5

S- Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results.

O- This is for fellow believers. This tells us to open up and share our hearts desires and concerns to other believers. There is strength in people coming to together and praying for a specific need. I was part of that first hand with some friends of our here whose husband has been in Uganda since the first of April waiting to bring their little boy home. We have been on our knees at home and together at church for the judge to rule. God answered our prayers today and baby Gideon is now able to come home next week!

A- I need to have more faith in my prayer. Also to really believe what I'm praying and not just spitting words out. I've just completed a study on Praying for the Lost and two things I took from it was to change my attitude about the way I was praying and having authority in my prayers. I have to firmly believe that GOD CAN save my child or friend or heal a sick person. Saying and believing it are too different things.

P- Too increase my faith and to be willing to share my requests.
