S - "In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace, which He lavished upon us. In all wisdom and insight He made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His kind intention which He purposed in Him" 1:7-9
O - I love these verses b/c it signifies God's soverignty. He is in control. I love verse 9 "He made known to us the mystery of His will." God is over all things. He holds the future.
A - There are times in my life that I do not understand, but it is at those times I am drawn back to God's infinite wisdom and love. He knows. He has not left me. He is not scared, or nervous, or confused. Just knowing that God is still in control brings a peace to my heart.
P - Lord I praise You b/c You are constant. When I filled whipped around in the wind, You are stable. Lord, I want to be grounded in Your love and truth. I ask for wisdom as I open up Your Word and pray to You that I may know the mystery of Your will.
